The Saks Urban Design Hotel Frankfurt exceeded my expectations for a business stay. The thoughtfully designed room provided comfort along with a lovely outdoor area ideal for both working and socializing. I particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast, highlighted by the homemade zucchini omelette and refreshing ginger shot. The hotel's proximity to a great Italian restaurant, which offers delivery, added to the convenience of my stay.

The bar area was understaffed, leading to slow service.

The room design was impressive, maximizing comfort and space, and the gym offered fantastic skyline views. there were heating issues we reported that took time to resolve, and the breakfast staff could benefit from a friendlier approach. It's a nice place for short stays, with room for improvement in service efficiency.

the gym is certainly well designed, too bad about the empty water! also, the air conditioning in my room? completely useless. i really had to call to find an english channel on the T.V. , which is simply unacceptable in this day and age. i almost shared my great experience, but just couldn’t, with such inconveniences.
